Daily Breakdown:

⭐ Day 1:

• Rainbow Snow: Set up a winter-themed sensory bin with rainbow snow color cards. Students pick a color card and use dot markers to match the color on the craft page. This activity is perfect for color recognition and fine motor skills.

 

• Melted Snowman Craft: A classroom favorite every winter! Students write a reason why their snowman melted, then cut and paste the snowman pieces onto their "melted" snowman. It’s perfect for winter bulletin boards. Black-and-white and color options are included.

⭐ Day 2:

• Dress Up a Snowman: Kids will love dressing up the snowman while practicing matching skills! They select a snowman card and recreate the outfit on the snowman mat.

 

• Cut and Paste Crafts: These no-prep snowman crafts help develop scissor skills. Students cut and paste each item onto the craft page. Options include gluing snowflakes to a snow globe or pasting buttons onto a snowman. Both black-and-white and color options are provided.

⭐ Day 3:

• Snowman Beginning Sounds: A fun literacy center where students build a snowman by picking a letter and finding 3 beginning sound snowballs to add to their snowman. For younger learners, students can match 3 snowballs with the same letter. A-Z options included.

 

• Build it! Snowman Colors: Create a quick winter center with rainbow pom poms and snowman pattern cards. Students build a snowman by matching the correct colored pom poms to the cards. 21 pattern cards included.

⭐ Day 4:

• Find My Buttons: A shape recognition activity! Students select 3 button shape cards and find the correct number of each shape to add to their snowman. Shapes include circle, star, heart, square, triangle, oval, hexagon, and diamond.

 

• Snowman Numbers: A fine motor activity using linking chains! Students choose a snowman number and link the correct number of snowballs to build their snowman. Numbers 1-20 are included, along with tally snowballs and blank snowballs.

⭐ Day 5:

• Snowman Dough Mats: Set up an open-ended play dough center with snowman-themed loose parts. Students create their own snowman scene using the mats as prompts for creativity. 7 mats included.

 

• Snowball Sort: Students sort small, medium, and large snowballs in this winter math center. Add printable snowballs (or use real-world items like pom poms) to a sensory bin for students to find and sort.
