Terms of Service

Thank you for shopping with Preschool Packets! By purchasing, downloading or using any Preschool Packets resource, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, email me at preschoolpacketsinfo@gmail.com.

1. Ownership and Copyright
All resources sold by Preschool Packets, including curriculum packs, crafts, centers, printables, clip art arrangements, designs and text, are the property of Preschool Packets and are protected by copyright law. Preschool Packets retains all rights to every product. When you buy a resource, you are buying a license to use it, not ownership of the resource itself.

2. Your License
Each purchase gives you a single-user license for one teacher’s classroom or one homeschool family.

You May:

• Print and copy resources as many times as you need for the children in your own classroom or home
• Use resources in person, or in virtual lessons with your own students on a password-protected platform such as Google Classroom or Seesaw
• Save files to your own personal computer or device for your own use

You May Not:

• Share, forward, email or give files or download links to anyone else, including coworkers, other teachers, other classrooms or other families
• Upload files to any public website, shared drive, school server, social media group or file-sharing site
• Sell, resell, trade or give away any resource, in whole or in part, including printed copies
• Claim any resource as your own work, or remove the Preschool Packets name or copyright information
• Use any resource, or any part of one, to create products for sale or commercial use
• Upload resources to any artificial intelligence tool or service for training, copying or creating similar materials

3. Teams, Schools and Multiple Classrooms
Each license covers one classroom or one home. If another teacher, classroom or school would like to use a resource, they need to purchase their own license. For school-wide or team pricing, email me at preschoolpacketsinfo@gmail.com.

4. Digital Delivery
All products are digital downloads. Nothing physical will be shipped. After checkout, your files are available in your account and in your order confirmation email. Please download and save your files soon after purchase. If you have any trouble downloading, email me and I’ll be happy to help.

5. Refunds
Because all products are digital and available right away, all sales are final. Products can’t be returned, exchanged or canceled once an order is placed.

If your file won’t open, is damaged, or you accidentally bought the same item twice, email me at preschoolpacketsinfo@gmail.com and I’ll make it right. Preschool Packets may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund on a case-by-case basis for reasons outside this policy.

6. Membership Terms

Access. Your Preschool Packets membership (Monthly Prep Club, Super Prepped Club or All Access Club) gives you access to member resources only while your membership is active and paid. If your membership is canceled, expires or a payment fails, access to the member library, the picks page and any unused picks ends at the end of your current billing period.

Picks. Monthly Prep Club and Super Prepped Club picks are for curriculum packs only. Unused picks roll over while your membership stays active. Picks have no cash value and can’t be exchanged, transferred or refunded.

License. Membership resources follow the same license as section 2. Each membership covers one teacher’s classroom or one homeschool family. Sharing with other teachers requires a separate membership for each person.

Billing. Monthly Prep Club is billed monthly, Super Prepped Club every 3 months, and All Access Club once a year. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you won’t be charged again. Because resources are digital and available right away, membership payments already made are non-refundable.

7. Safety and Supervision
Preschool Packets resources are designed for young children and should always be used with adult supervision. Some activities use small materials such as pom poms, beads, buttons or play dough, which can be choking hazards for young children. Adults are responsible for choosing activities and materials that are safe and appropriate for their children’s ages and needs.

8. Accuracy of Products
I do my best to show and describe each resource accurately. Printed colors may look slightly different from what you see on screen, depending on your printer and device.

9. Changes to These Terms
Preschool Packets may update these terms, product prices or membership plans at any time. Changes apply from the date they’re posted. Members will be notified by email before any membership price change takes effect.

Refund Policy

Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

If you have any issues downloading your resource please email me at preschoolpacketsinfo@gmail.com.

All sales are considered final and nonrefundable once an order is submitted. Preschool Packets may, in our sole discretion, modify our Refund Policy or, on a case-by-case basis, issue a refund for a reason that falls outside of our Refund Policy.
